This service often follows a FastDiagnostic™ diagnostic.

Leaders sometimes ask us to provide follow-up advice as they progress on their journey following the diagnostic. We act as a critical friend in this instance—a mentor, an advisor. We offer a lot of this support as it is quick, the load on the client is minimal, and we approach each call with the mindset of providing you with maximum value.

This is a paid-up-front, retainer-based service. We invest in this service. While we might charge by the hour, valued clients receive much more in return through the proactive investments we make in our discussions.

When can we start?

Our business has a number of VIP repeat clients. These leaders have priority on FastDiagnostic™ as some book multi diagnostics a year in advance. Where a new client has an urgent required, we do our best to accommodate the need and work with our existing clients to balance the load.

The more important question is. Are you ready?

You see, we get our fair share leaders who dream of achieving bigger, better, more sustainable outcomes but that is all they will achieve, a dream.

To be fair on you and on us, if you say go, we go. If you want to hurry slowly, not change the status quo, dawdle along and play political chess, we are honestly not for you. Our peers in the big consultancies will happily accommodate you. We do not have time, patience or the inclination for this.

This may sound harsh but in the years we have been in business we had had our fair share of dreamers and the business just isn’t’ built for it.
